TASK-FIRST: three taps to a gift

What changed versus today's Home, and why.

Home starts the send. The slogan hero ("Send someone something.") becomes Who is it for? with recent people, a name-or-number field and a charity option. Today the first tap only opens a list; here the first tap already answers the first question.
Three taps, literally. A small Who · What · Pay strip on the card keeps the promise visible. Person (1), quick send (2), Pay sheet (3). The sheet carries occasion, message, card and pool, so nothing else stands between tap three and WhatsApp.
The app remembers occasions. "Sara's birthday is Thursday" uses saved people and occasions to pre-fill who and why. It is the only midnight card, so it reads as the moment that matters this week; when nothing is coming up it is simply absent.
Quick sends replace the shop crawl. Four priced favourites (Hot Latte at Cortado, BHD 1.500; a Cortado or Midway voucher) go straight to pay, with no shop page or item list in between. Browsing is still there, one row lower.
Pool is visible before you commit. "Start a pool" is on the card, on the occasion nudge and as a switch on the pay sheet, and the promise is written where the decision is made: friends chip in what they like, amounts stay private.
Received gifts are a strip, not a section. One line, balance first (BHD 7.500 left · Cortado), with Show code on the chip so the counter moment is one tap. Hidden entirely when there is nothing to enjoy, so a new customer never sees an empty block.
Categories are a row, not a grid. Today's 3×3 grid spends about half the screen on a browse entry. One scrolling chip row keeps all nine categories and gives the space back to the send path. Featured places stay as they are, now below the fold: the page as a whole is a little longer than today's, but nothing on the send path needs a scroll.
One gold button per view. Gold means "the next thing to do". Every other action is white, navy outline or text, so the eye lands in one place. Targets are 44 px or more, cards 20–26 px radius, and the logo, cream top, navy type and tab bar are unchanged.

RTL. The screen uses only logical CSS (padding-inline, margin-inline-start, inset-inline-end, text-align: start), flex rows and native scrollers, so dir="rtl" mirrors everything: logo and avatar swap sides, people and quick sends scroll from the right, the pool switch and every arrow flip (scaleX(-1)), while prices keep Western digits in the locale's own currency format (د.ب 1.500). Press Mirror for RTL to see it.

Try it: tap Sara, then Hot Latte. That is the whole flow. Or tap Start a pool on the birthday card.
